Ingredients: The mixture consists of a combination of chalk, calcium carbonate and cellulose additives, based on marble flour, with the addition of light fillers and additives.
Surface preparation and application: Carry out the work at an air temperature of not less than +10˚C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. Gradually add dry mortar to room temperature water, mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Leave the mortar to mature for 8-10 minutes, mix again before use. Carry out the work with a stainless spatula (spatula). First clean the surface from dust, dirt, other unstable formations (e.g. remnants of old wallpaper, oil paint, etc.), eliminate weak areas of the base, making the surface as load-bearing as possible. Expand small cracks by filling them in advance before the general layer. After complete drying, in order to obtain a smoother surface, it is necessary to sand the surface. It is recommended to use a liquid primer to remove the dust formed as a result of sanding. After finishing the work, wash the tools with water. Dispose of used bags and mortar residues in accordance with the established procedure.
Optimal layer thickness: from 0.1 mm to 3 mm.
Viability of the mixture: 12 hours.
Water consumption: 16-18 l for 30 kg (approximately 560 ml for 1 kg of dry mortar).
Consumption: 10 kg-11 kg / 10 m² (in the case of a layer thickness of 1 mm).
