Properties: Used indoors, at a humidity of no more than 75%. Has heat-insulating and sound-insulating properties. Not waterproof. Working time with the finished mortar: up to 30 minutes. Final drying at a layer thickness of 2.5 cm (at an air temperature of not less than +22˚C and a relative humidity of not more than 65%) occurs within 7 days. For quick drying of gypsum mix, it is necessary to ensure normal ventilation of the area.
Ingredients: Gypsum-based mixture with polymer additives.
Surface preparation and use: Carry out the work at an air temperature of not less than +10˚C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. For manual work: gradually add dry mortar to water at room temperature, mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained, apply with a stainless spatula (spatula). First, clean the surface from dust, dirt, other unstable formations (e.g. remnants of old wallpaper, oil paint, etc.), eliminate weak areas of the base, making the surface as load-bearing as possible, if necessary, it is recommended to use a liquid primer. It is recommended to pre-coat surfaces with a low degree of absorption, such as smooth concrete or waterproof plasterboard, with Beton-Kontakt granular primer to obtain a more favorable surface for bonding.
Pot life of the mixture: 25-30 minutes.
Thickness of the applied layer: from 3 mm to 30 mm.
Water consumption: 9-10 l per 30 kg (approximately 320 ml per 1 kg of dry mortar).
Consumption: 10 kg-12 kg / 1 m² (at a layer thickness of 1 cm).
