Product description

High-quality mixture based on gypsum, with modifying polymer additives, for application in automatic plants, intended for mechanized leveling of walls and ceilings of residential and public buildings, large industrial premises, for primary finishing of surfaces with a stable and solid base (concrete, tuff, gas block, cement-based bases, brick, plaster, etc.). The mechanized plastering system greatly contributes to saving time and material used. It is endowed with high strength, adhesion, elasticity, heat and sound insulation properties. It is elastic, does not impede air exchange. Environmentally friendly and safe for health.

Hardening: No sooner than 120 minutes. Final hardening: 5-7 days.

Ingredients: Gypsum-based mixture with polymer additives.

Surface preparation: Work should be carried out at a temperature of +5˚C, an air temperature of not less than +10˚C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. The surface should be dry, firm, thoroughly cleaned of paint, dust and oil traces. The base should be treated with a deep penetrating liquid primer (acrylate). Less load-bearing or weakly absorbent surfaces, such as smooth concrete or waterproof plasterboard, are recommended to be pre-coated with Beton-Kontakt granular primer. Metal elements of the base should be protected from rust (corrosion).

Usage: For the installation of metal leveling guides (beacons) on the surface, apply the mixture with balls every 30 cm, into which the profiles are placed (pressed), aligning them on the same plane along the entire surface. Install the guides one after the other at a distance that is at least 20 cm less than the length of the leveling trowel (rule). Prepare the automatic station for operation in accordance with the “Factory Operating Instructions”. Pour the dry mixture into the receiver. Gradually reduce the water flow to obtain the required thickness and viscosity of the mortar. Plaster (spray) the mortar using the station in one layer 10-30 mm thick, then pre-level it with a trowel. The interval between subsequent plastering should not exceed 15 minutes, otherwise the mixer, pump and rubber hoses of the station should operate in idle mode (вхолостую). To obtain a more even surface, it is necessary to level the plaster that has not yet completely hardened with a wide metal trowel or spatula. After completing the work, clean the station, wash the tools with water. Dispose of used bags and mortar residues in accordance with the established procedure.

Water consumption: 0.5-0.6 l per 1 kg of dry mortar.
Consumption: 10 kg-12 kg per 1 m² (with a layer thickness of 1 cm).
Thickness of the applied layer: from 30 mm to 50 mm.
