Product description

The mixture is intended for plastering and leveling walls and ceilings in dry environments. It is used for leveling brick, lime, concrete walls, surfaces subject to painting or wallpapering inside the building. Not waterproof. Not intended for leveling floors. Working time with the ready-made mortar: at least 35-40 minutes. Average thickness of the applied layer: 1-5 mm.


Properties: For joining seams of plasterboard sheets (using a connecting mesh-tape), For more rapid and effective leveling and filling of large surface cracks, holes (due to the relatively fast hardening property), For connecting various gypsum details, for attaching metal protective corners, for installing, for fixing plasterboard sheets to walls for leveling purposes (with permissible wall undulations of up to 4 mm-5 mm).


Ingredients: The mixture consists of a combination of gypsum and cellulose additives, which regulate the bonding process during the work.


Surface preparation and use: Carry out the work at an air temperature of not less than +10˚C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. Gradually add dry mortar to room temperature water, mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Leave the mortar to mature for 3-4 minutes, mix again before use. Carry out the work with a stainless spatula (spatula). Pre-clean the surface from dust, dirt, other unstable formations (e.g. remnants of old wallpaper, oil paint, etc.), eliminate weak areas of the base, making the surface as load-bearing as possible. Strengthen large cracks with a bonding mesh-tape, widen small cracks, pre-filling them before the general layer. If necessary, it is recommended to use a liquid primer. After completing the work, wash the tools with water. Dispose of used bags and mortar residues in accordance with the established procedure.


Pot life of the mixture: 35-40 minutes.
Layer thickness: From 1 mm to 5 mm.
Water consumption: 16-17 l. for 30 kg (about 550 ml for 1 kg of dry mortar).
Consumption: 10 kg-12 kg / 10 m² (in the case of a layer thickness of 1 mm).
