Aroma: fresh, multi-elemental with a good mineral component, with a vivid bouquet of stone fruits (green apple, pear, slight hint of quince), there are floral notes, particularly yellow field flowers.
Taste: round, balanced, warming the palate. The fruit notes are strongly expressed (weak nuances of peach and apricot, especially the aromas of plum and ripe white cherry, delicate tones of ripe pear, duchess). The aftertaste is of medium duration, ending with a pleasant slight bitterness. A very soft and harmonious contact of oak with the wine is felt, delicate shades of vanilla and caramel are gently hinted at.
