We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our bright team of devoted and creative team members. If you are enthusiastic to take care of people, enhance relationships between them, and obtain new skills for a lifetime, then, you might be the person we are looking for.
Job responsibilities
  • Provide customers with general advice about the company and its services.
  • Clarify and resolve customer issues, addressing their concerns.
  • Respond to messages received from various communication channels like Live chat and Social Media.
  • Register orders given by customers into the program.
  • Provide customers with information about delivered gifts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
     
Required qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian.
  • Experience as a customer care specialist will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking, quick learning abilities.
  • Patience when handling tough situations

B2B sales representative

4U.am is looking for an active and motivated B2B sales representative who will research the market to discover opportunities, attract new customers, build and maintain relationships with new and existing business customers, investigate customer's needs, suggest products according to their needs, conduct face to face meetings and keep them updated on the latest products to increase sales.
Job responsibilities
• Researching the market to discover prospecting opportunities,
• Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers,
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive long-term relationships,
• Conducting face to face meeting with the existing and potential clients,
• Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads,
• Researching the leads and understanding their issues and preparing offers according their needs,
• Preparing offers for different occasions, events,
• Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals,
• Tracking sales and status reports,
• Achieving sales targets․
Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field,
• Proven experience in B2B sale,
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills,
• Ability to work independently,
• Highly motivated and result driven,
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills,
• Ability to build relationships and close deals,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English.
