Ingredients: Portland cement, sand, additives.
Properties: Cement-sand base, high strength, resistant to weather changes, gray.
Surface preparation: The surface must be dry and strong, thoroughly cleaned of paint, oil and dust. Less load-bearing, shiny surfaces should be cleaned, more significant irregularities should be corrected separately (you can use this mixture, let it harden, then continue work). The base must be treated with a liquid primer (acrylate). Less load-bearing or weakly absorbent surfaces, such as smooth concrete or waterproof plasterboard, are recommended to be pre-coated with Beton-Kontakt granular primer to provide a more favorable surface for bonding. Start work at least 4-5 hours after surface preparation and priming.
Usage: In a clean container, gradually add dry mortar to room temperature water (4.2 - 5 l. per 25 kg of dry mortar), mix with a mixer with a head drill until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Apply the homogeneous mixture to the surface using a stainless putty knife or spatula. The thickness of the applied layer is not less than 1 cm. During the work, the air and base temperature should be in the range of +10 to +30˚C. For normal drying of the plaster, it is necessary to ensure ventilation of the area. After finishing the work, wash the tools with water. Dispose of used bags and plaster residues in accordance with the established procedure.
Water consumption: 4.2 - 5 l per 25 kg (approximately 180 ml per 1 kg of dry mortar).
Consumption: 16 kg - 17 kg / 1 m² (in the case of a layer thickness of 10 mm).
