Standard Delivery
The delivery price for purchases made from one store in Yerevan is starting from AMD 1000, in other regions the price is estimated according to the price list. Starting with every second store, AMD 1,000 will be added to the main delivery cost (in case of Yerevan starting to AMD 800), in case of the third store another AMD 700 , and so on.
Express delivery
When ordering certain products, you have the opportunity to use the express delivery service.
The service is provided by GG/Yandex delivery within 2 hours from the moment of order confirmation․
The cost of the service is 2.000 AMD and is available only:
Due to some factors, the service will only be available,
- when ordering products available for express service,
- in case of ordering a limited quantity of one type of product,
- in the case of orders whose delivery address is in Yerevan.
Delivery terms
- Attention! Some of the bouquets and gifts need to be ordered few days beforehand.
- Delay delivery can be caused by unforeseen circumstances only (ex. traffic jam, accident, etc.). In that case the buyer/recipient is being informed about the delivery time change.
- If you requested order delivery without informing the recipient in advance and in case the recipient is absent, the courier has the right to drop off the gift to the third party (neighbor, colleague, doorman, administrator, etc.) to pass it to the recipient.
- 4u.am does not take any responsibility for the orders which were not delivered due to the incorrect address or the recipient not answering phone calls.
- The orders to be delivered on holidays (February 14, March 8, April 7, September 1, etc.) have to be placed in advance at least 1 day before the delivery.
